Fix common issues with source submissions, buyer delivery, duplicate records, and endpoint testing.
Start with the lead record
The lead record usually shows the fastest clue: accepted status, rejected status, duplicate status, missing fields, endpoint response, or routing outcome.
Common checks
Work through these checks before escalating an issue.
- Confirm the source sent the payload to the right campaign or source endpoint.
- Check field names, required fields, and accepted field values.
- Review buyer filters, caps, schedules, and endpoint status.
- Compare the endpoint response to the response mapping in Pingtree.
- Look for duplicate rules or suppression rules affecting the lead.
How to report an issue
Email support with the smallest reproducible example: one lead ID, one expected result, one actual result, and the time the issue occurred.
