Billing Authorization

By creating or requesting an account, you agree to recurring subscription billing on the cadence selected at signup (monthly, quarterly, annual, or other configured interval).

You authorize Pingtree or its payment processor to charge your payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and applicable service charges while your subscription remains active.

Certain platform features use rate-based billing tied to wallet balances and configured usage limits.

Wallet balances may auto-recharge based on your configured threshold and recharge amount to reduce service interruption risk.

Pingtree may offer free trials and beta features from time to time. Trial and beta terms may vary and can be modified or discontinued at Pingtree discretion where legally permitted.

Beta features are provided for evaluation and may be incomplete, unstable, or unsupported.

By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize charges for applicable fees and taxes.

If payment cannot be processed, account access may be suspended until billing issues are resolved.

Billed amounts may vary due to promotions, feature usage, taxes, or plan changes.

Unless otherwise contracted, accounts are generally month-to-month.

You may terminate with 30 days written notice. Pingtree may also suspend or terminate access where permitted by the governing terms.
