Each plan comes with robust usage limits included that cover most use cases. If you exceed your monthly usage limits, you'll only pay for the additional usage. For example, processed leads beyond your included amount are charged at $0.0015 per lead. Overage usage is calculated after the close of the month and billed on the first day of the new month, so you have clear and predictable pricing.

All plans include in-application support and integrations support. The Growth plan adds media channel connections and database management. Enterprise plans include dedicated account managers, solutions engineers, live chat support, priority SLA, and a dedicated engineer. Every Pingtree account is provided with a dedicated support engineer to help you get the most out of the platform.

Pingtree offers various API integrations including phone validation ($0.01/lead), email validation ($0.01/lead), address validation ($0.015/lead), and fraud detection ($0.005/lead). These integrations are available in both the Funnel Builder and API. All integrations are optional and can be added or removed as needed in your campaign. Additional APIs for credit validation, lead appends, and other services are available for additional cost.

Processed leads are counted when leads are processed through the platform from use of the API or Funnel Builder. Ping requests are counted when ping requests are processed through the platform from use of the API for ping/post routing. All usage is counted on a monthly basis and resets on the first day of the month. Each plan includes generous usage limits—Startup includes 100K processed leads, Growth includes 500K, and Enterprise includes 1M processed leads per month.
