Converted Account Revenue Share

Earn on the subscription revenue Pingtree invoices after your referral converts from trial (or starts directly on a paid plan) and stays within refund or clawback policies.

When it pays

  • Typically measured on collected net subscription fees during the agreed payout window (e.g. first invoice or first 12 months—your contract defines this).
  • Upgrades and seat expansion may stack according to your tiered schedule.
  • Chargebacks, refunds, or non-payment reduce or reverse the accrued payout proportionally.

Each qualified referral can earn both the trial payout and the converted sale payout.
